Mini Mess Makers
MINI GLOW BABIES |📍 Fridays 10:00–11:30
A calm, cosy sensory experience for babies from newborn to pre-walking. With soft lights, glowing toys, gentle sounds and baby-safe sensory play, it’s a relaxed space for babies to explore at their own pace while grown-ups can enjoy a hot drink, a biscuit and a chat.
No singing. No pressure. Just explore, connect & glow.
MINI GLOW ADVENTURES |📍 Fridays 12:00–13:00
Perfect for little explorers who are ready for a bit more adventure! Each session combines an interactive story, themed craft, sensory exploring and plenty of glowing fun.
Child-led, hands-on and designed to encourage little ones to explore, create and join in at their own pace.
Both sessions are designed to be welcoming, relaxed and inclusive, with plenty of opportunities for grown-ups to connect too.

Dee Active - Mumma Club
Mumma club- postnatal exercise classes where you can bring your little ones along.
Each session consists of 45 minutes of cardio and strength based exercises and a dedicated core section to restore and rebuild your muscles. This varies weekly between body weight and resistance based exercise. All of which can be adapted to suit your level of fitness and recovery.

BilinguaSing - We Sing Spanish Class
Join BilinguaSing for a fun, relaxed and interactive We Sing Spanish class for little ones! Through catchy songs, movement, sensory play, props and repetition, children are introduced to Spanish naturally through play – no previous Spanish needed.
Little ones are free to explore, dance, join in and learn at their own pace, while grown-ups can enjoy a welcoming space to meet other local families.

Introduce your little adventurers to the world of climbing with Little Climbers Club at NQY Rocks. Designed especially for younger children, these fun-filled sessions help build confidence, coordination and climbing skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Sessions are Tues, Thurs and Sat mornings at 9:00am

Looking for a calmer way to enjoy NQY Rocks? Our Quiet Sessions provide a more relaxed experience with reduced capacity and a quieter environment, making them ideal for guests with SEND, sensory sensitivities, or anyone who prefers a less busy atmosphere. Families can enjoy access to our exciting indoor activities in a comfortable, welcoming and inclusive setting designed to help everyone make the most of their visit.
