Risk Acknowledgement
By participating in any activity at NQY Rocks – either personally or on behalf of a person in your care, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with climbing and active play. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Participants must follow instructions given by staff before and during activities.

Supervision
All Clip & Go Climbers must attend a safety briefing before entering the climbing arena. Guests must follow staff instructions and stick to the rules at all times. Entry to the climbing arena is only permitted once agreed by a member of staff. All children under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult. If attending a Little Climbers session children should be supervised by an adult inside the climbing arena. Minimum height for Leap of Faith is 120cm. Supervising adults must remain on-site for the duration of the session.

Health and Fitness
By participating you confirm that you (or your child) are fit and able to take part. Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.

Soft Play
Sessions are 90mins only. All children must be accompanied by an adult, 1 ticket includes 1 adult free of charge, any additional adults would need to purchase an ‘Extra Adult’ ticket. Socks must be worn to enter the soft play. We recommend wearing clothing that covers arms and legs, any jewellery, badges or loose objects in pockets should be removed. Please note, our soft play has three entrances/exits, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor balcony.

Clip & Go
Includes up to 30mins of a safety briefing plus 55 mins of climbing.  Children under the age of 16 must have an adult present. You must wear trainers or flat closed toe shoes. Climbers must be at least 10kg and under 150kg. We ask all visitors to complete a disclaimer form before they are allowed on the walls. All long hair must be tied back and any jewellery or watches should be removed.

Little Climbers
All Little Climbers must be accompanied by a non-climbing adult at all times. The session will begin with a safety briefing. Participants must wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.

Restrictions
Climbing participants must be at least 10kg and under 150kg to climb. Minimum age for climbing is 4, with the exception of the Little Climbers Club sessions (ages 2 – 5)

The soft play sessions can be attended by ages 4 – 12 years and there is a designated toddler area for ages 0 – 4 years. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the child remains in designated age appropriate areas. No food, drink or chewing gum is permitted in the climbing arena or soft play. Pregnant individuals are advised not to participate.

Clothing and Personal Items
Participants must wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. No climbing shoes, sandals, hooded tops, dresses, skirts, high heels or loose jewellery are permitted as they may interfere with safety equipment. Long hair must be tied back.

Photography
Photography is permitted for personal use only. Please respect the privacy of other guests and avoid filming or photographing other children. Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk. NQY Rocks accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.

Bookings
All sessions are subject to availability and should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings must be made by an adult aged 18 or over. Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the safety briefing has begun. All tickets include up to 3hrs free of charge parking at Hendra Holiday Park.

Amendments and Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No refunds will be given for missed sessions or late arrivals. In the event of cancellation by NQY Rocks, a full refund or transfer will be given.
